Saugatuck Mi - Where are the Great Deals for the Buyers?

If you have always wanted to live in Saugatuck and couldn't ever get your perfect home, now is the time to build! 

2012 versus 2011 shows that  the number of land sales have increased by 80% from 2011 to 2012 but the same dollar value was expended for land in both years. That means that the average price of a parcel of vacant land has decreased 28% and median price decreased by 49%. 

In the last few years there has been quite a bit of land on the market that has not moved for several years due to the backlogged supply of single family homes on the market.  Now that the oversupply of constructed homes has decreased considerably, land is starting to move but the prices of the land has not increased as there is still a considerable oversupply!  Dee Dee has several builders who have really sharpened their pencils.  NOW buyers can have exactly what they want at very competitive prices.
